**RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide **space management** and section merchandising on the assigned categories at the assigned customers. Including the **analysis of financial data** and the ability to **provide space related insights** at both the account and market level. **System** Tools (experience preferred): **JDA/Blue Yonder or Shelf IQ & Apollo and Madrid** **Participate in the development and maintenance of client-specific reporting** that measures **performance against strategies and objectives** . Developing and ensuring that **planograms** meet both the Customer’s and Client’s **visualstandards.** Maintain and update all P **lan-o-grams** (POGs) for assigned categories and/or sections for assigned customers Responsible for quality control of data sources and ensuring **accuracy of deliverables** , often requiring engagement with other BI associates and data/tool vendors. Attend meetings with clients to discuss client needs and upcoming projects. **QUALIFICATIONS** **What YOU will bring to the role** 4 years direct work experience in a project coordination/management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, or equivalent experience Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook as well as Adobe Creative Suite. Demonstrated experience interdepartmental personnel management. Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. Experience at workingboth independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. The Category Space Manager role is responsible for the Acosta Space Management team's delivery of quality planograms to the retailer based on their internal planogram development schedule. This position will manage the modular team in all activities for the planogram development process including: buyer meetings, assortment recommendations, space 2 sales recommendations, and all space planning initiatives. This role will be the main contact to the retailer’s buying and space planning teams and is focused on managing Acosta’s Space Management team to ensure all planograms are delivered on-time with zero errors.
